Free delivery service nationwide. Please note that we cannot deliver flowers outside Auckland on a Monday. Hampers can be delivered on Monday if dispatched on Friday.
Please allow at least 4 working days for RURAL (R.D.) deliveries. For example, this means we cannot despatch rural orders on a Thursday for Friday delivery. Our couriers do not deliver to RURAL (R.D.) addresses on Saturday or Sunday.
Saturday delivery services are generally only available in large towns and cities in New Zealand. Orders for Saturday delivery must be received by no later than 2:30pm on Friday afternoon.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be shipped on the next business working day.

TRACKING: Auckland metro deliveries are sent with our local courier and do not have tracking. They are very reliable but if you need to check on a delivery please give us a call. For deliveries nationwide we use NZ Couriers. You will receive your tracking number so you can check the progress of your order. If you have any queries please just give us a call.
